I have over ten years experience in property management. It is a honor and a privilege to be President of such an outstanding organization whose sole purpose since 1998 is to improve the quality of life for ALL.
Our Mission
Is to greatly assist and aid in a very creative solution of affordable housing, engaging in partnerships, strengthening families socially and economically on behalf of supporting community development.
S.A.G.A.’s continual goals are to provide the highest quality of services and resources that would benefit individuals and communities that are devastated by the surge of foreclosures and lack of affordable housing.

Dawn M. Haley, CEO and Founder
Housing Specialist
Professional real estate broker with 20 years’ experience in sales, rental property management and has an extensive background working with distressed homeowners facing foreclosure. Dawn is certified as a Foreclosure counselor through NeighborhoodWorks of America and received a certificate in Property Management from Community Investment Corporation.

Kelly “Jael” Brown , Founder and Board Member, has over 17 years’ of business resolution with a special emphasis in the accounting area and exemplary customer service. Resonating within me is compassion & concern for the well-being of others. A tenacious investigative approach to problem-solving, a collection of no's gets me that much closer to a yes. A true belief regarding my fellow-man if he is lacking then I still have much work to do.
Sheila Hobson, Founder and Board Member, has 25+years in financial accounting and business consulting experience with dedication to helping mission based organizations.
